We improve existing skill level through training and awareness exercises, creating an edge in product development. Skill upgradation using new techniques and improved technology, training by trainers within the community increases self reliance and confidence for new products and introduction to untapped market.
Women’s Empowerment
Women’s Empowerment programs at NFDI aim to uplift women through skill-building workshops, microfinance opportunities, and advocacy. We believe in strengthening the role of women as key agents of change within their communities. Our initiatives help women gain financial independence, develop leadership skills, and participate actively in decision-making processes.
